Participation in our surveys is always voluntary
Ratings allow our customers to give us feedback on an ongoing basis about us and the services we offer. By having our customers participate in these surveys, rate and comment, we get information that is very valuable in our work to improve our customer offer. The ratings in the surveys are always provided anonymously.

Storage of survey responses
The ratings (given anonymously) are stored as long as they can be considered relevant for our statistics and the possibility to see changes over time.

If the customer chooses to comment and leave his/her email address, he/she is aware that the grades as well as the comment and the email address may be stored in order to continue the dialog.
