Only individuals who need to process personal data for the purposes mentioned above have access to your personal information. We may need to share your personal data with our service providers in order to fulfill our service commitments. Where required, data processing agreements are established with these providers.
Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for the purposes stated above for as long as we, based on your professional role, consider that you may have an interest in receiving information and communications from us. You may at any time request that your data be deleted. Upon such a request, we will cease processing your personal data for the purposes stated above—except as outlined in the following section—and remove your personal data from our records.
Data required to fulfill contractual and business obligations will only be deleted once those obligations are no longer in effect. Accounting records and similar data are retained for the period required by law (typically 7 years) before they can be deleted.

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorized access. We regularly review our security policies and procedures to ensure that our systems remain secure and protected.

You also have the right to have incorrect personal data about you corrected, and in certain cases, you may request that we delete your personal data. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and to transfer the data to another data controller.
If you are dissatisfied with how we process your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), which is the supervisory authority for our data processing.
